Challenge Overview 挑戰介紹

This is a 3-day yoga challenge focuses on weight loss. A challenge will be unlocked each day after enrollment. Each challenge will have an introduction, challenge and some short further reading. Not only will you be able to exercise your body, you will also be able to learn some yoga knowledge from this 3-day challenge. This challenge is suitable for yogi of all levels of experiences. It should not take more than 15-20mins each day to complete the challenge.

這是一個以減重為目標的3天瑜珈挑戰。在參加這個挑戰後,每天可以解鎖一個挑戰。每個挑戰的單元包含有一個介紹,挑戰內容以及延伸閱讀。目的是希望大家在鍛鍊身體的同時能學到一些相關的瑜珈知識。這個挑戰適合任何程度的瑜伽練習者。你只需要每天花15-20分鐘時間就可以完成挑戰。
