Regarding the quiz of 5B Pranayama Techniques
There is a question asking “Humming bee breath is known as?”
But there is no “Bhramari Pranayama” in the answer.

Regarding 5C Prana Vayu, in the video Samantha said the direction should be downwards (from top to bottom), but in the text it is said the flow is upward? “And as you inhale feel an energy flowing up the torso from the belly to the third-eye.” So which one is true?

Hello Kelly, for Prana vayu, Prana means life force/ energy. We take prana mainly by breathing in and eating fresh food. Imagine when you breath in, air comes into your nostrils, down to your trachea and to your lung. It is a downward movement. When you eat, food in your mouth go down to your stomach. It is a downward movement. So Prana Vayu is a downward movement. But when you breath in, you expand your chest and your rib cage, with your shoulders slightly elevated to create an uplifting sensation. So a better way to say it is, Prana Vayu is a downward movement in order to create an uplifting sensation. Hope it clarifies!
