Is this training Yoga Alliance certified? Is it the same certificate as in-person training?
Yes! One Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. And it is the same certificate as in-person training. Yoga Alliance allows 100% online yoga teacher training due to health and safety concerns from COVID-19. Students who complete the course and will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance.
Is all of this training online?
Yes! All materials are online and can be taken at your own pace.
Is there any manual book for the RYT200 Programme?
Yes, there is a pdf manual which you could download once enrolled.
Can I teach yoga after completion of the course?
Yes! You will be well equipped to teach after the training. I will teach you all the teaching skills you need.
Is there any live element?
We will have live zoom classes from time to time. You can register if you want to join us and ask questions!
Is there any interaction with other students?
You will have direct access to your fellow trainees via our community group.
What should I do if I have a question?
You can ask your questions in our community group, comment under videos or send email to us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Is there a training manual included?
Yes! You can download your manual in pdf.
Is online training effective?
Yes! Your can attend the course at your own pace and no matter where you are. This online programme also allows you to revisit the material as many time as you like after the completion of the course within 6 months. Thus, I think it is actually more powerful than in-person training.
Moreover, you can attain the 200Hr teacher training knowledge at 1/3 price of in-person training and can receive a professional Yoga Teacher certification.

Hi there, I believe the function has been disabled under the Free course but you should be able to review the questions in the Full version. Thanks!
Can I redo the quiz?
For the full course it does support review of the questions. 🙂
By review the questions, do you mean I can redo the quiz to gain a higher score or it will just show the answers but not allowing to retake the quiz?
For the tests in the full course, am I allowed to do only once, or can I retake the tests when necessary?
Different sections are different – basically you will be able to review the questions and see the correct answers. Most quizzes would allow you to retake once.
The final exam will not be showing you the answers but you have one chance to retake if failed.

the final quiz didnt come up when i finsihed the half moon pose video, it went to the FAQ directly.
