Challenge Overview 挑戰介紹
This is a 5-day yoga challenge focuses on full splits. A challenge will be unlocked each day after enrollment. Each challenge will have an introduction, challenge and some short further reading. Not only will you be able to exercise your body, you will also be able to learn some yoga knowledge from this 5-day challenge. This challenge is suitable for yogi of all levels of experiences. It should not take more than 15-20mins each day to complete the challenge.
This course is currently free to enroll. All you need to create an account is a valid email address. No credit information is required.
Course materials are English based with video in Cantonese.
